Laurence was outstanding. Arrived promptly. Assessed the issue and then provided us a variety of different options for water heaters. He was very patient explaining the differences in each as it is a major purchase. Once we decided he Immediately went and picked up the new one and got started right away. Guided us through every step of the installation and even helped us set up the app when he was done. Clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself once the inspection was complete. I have had very good experiences with Art Plumbing A/C and Electric !! After melting for days with an AC that seemed to have different issues daily and frequently maxed out at 85 degrees in the house, I called Art AC and Plumbing. AC Tech they sent over, Howard Fraser, was fantastic. He looked into every aspect of what could have been the issue with my AC, inside the house, outside, and even in the attic. Howard went over his findings, explaining in detail in a Layman's terms I could follow and showed me what my options would be to fix the problem. We need more like him.
