I would like to thank plumber Chuck Buchanan for his excellent professionalism. Today we had two ancient toilets replaced. He explained all the questions we had prior to completion of the job. Sometimes with older plumbing unexpected experiences can occur. Chuck was very thorough in quotes and what might be needed.
In the process, one of the new toilets was damaged from the distributors. He went over and beyond to return to the company of purchase and examined the replacement before returning to the job. He quickly finished the work. All this and he maintained a friendly and professional disposition. It was refreshing and assuring to be in good hands.
